Mobile printing from your own device is available using the Papercut online application. To access Papercut, got to https://printing.regis.edu:9192/user and login with your Regis username and password.

After successful login to the Papercut application, follow the steps below to print from your own device:

  • Using the menu on the left, select "Web Print"
  • On the Web print page, click the "Submit a Job" button
  • Select a printer: color or black & white (please note color print jobs are charged a higher rate)
  • Click the "Print Options and Account Selection" button in the lower right of the page.
  • Under options, select the number of copies of the document you wish to print.
  • Click the "Upload Document" button on the right side of the page.
  • On the Upload page, select the document from your device to upload to the application
  • Click the Upload & Complete button in the lower right of the page.

After successful upload, on the Web Print page you should see a summary of the print job with status "Held in Queue". The print job is now ready to be released from any networked campus printer:

  • Login to the printer/scanner/photocopier using either your Regis username & password or your Regis ID# and Printing PIN
  • On the main menu, select Print Release.
  • On the Print Release screen, you will see a list of all print jobs in your printing queue.
  • Select the item(s) to print and then click the Print button.
  • Make sure to logout of the machine when finished.
