When reserving a room, what does the "exceeds limit per day" error mean?

If you get an error that says "exceeds per limit" like below, you have attempted to make more than one reservation in a day or have exceeded the amount of time allowed per reservation. Regis University students, faculty, and staff are limited to reserve rooms for 4 hours total, per day.
