Room reservations can be made on our website here: Reserve a Room

Reservation Form Instructions

To reserve a room, navigate to the day you would like to make a reservation using the "Go To Date" button.

The calendar selection for date on the reservation website

Use the scroll bar beneath the grid to view the times and rooms that are available. Green blocks indicate available space/time. Red blocks indicate unavailable space/time. Capacities are listed next to each room number. You can click "Info" next to a room to learn more about the features of the room.

Click on a green box at the desired start time and in the room you'd like to reserve. You can change this later on if you need to!

Beneath the grid, a grey box will appear. Use the drop down to adjust the end time of your reservation. You can reserve a room for up to 4 hours per day, most times of the year. During exams, reservations are limited to 2 hours per group per day.

The different time options to adjust the end time

Click "Submit Times." Read through the Terms and Conditions page and click "Continue."

Fill out the booking form with the requested information and click "Submit My Booking." Please note that you must use a regis.edu email address.

If your reservation was successful, you will see a booking confirmation page. You will also receive an email at the email provided.

Other Important Information about Room Reservations

Please note that if you are reserving a room for a group, the person who filled out the form must be the one to retrieve the key from the Circulation Desk. Library staff will match the name on the reservation with your photo ID to get the key to the room.

Rooms can be reserved up to one month in advance. Same day reservations can be made until 1 hour before the start time (e.g. if you'd like to use a room at 3 pm, you can make a reservation online until 2 pm). However, if you need a room immediately, we do allow rooms to be reserved on a first-come first-served basis for walk-ins in the library. Just stop by the Circulation Desk on the main floor (2nd floor) of the library to see which rooms are available.

To cancel a reservation, please use the link provided in your booking email. Recurring reservations are not permitted. If you would like to request an exception, please email the Access Services department.

We hold rooms for 15 minutes past the start time of the reservation, so please email circdesk@regis.edu or call 303-458-4030 if you are running late.

Regis students, faculty, and staff are given priority for room reservations. If you are not affiliated with the university, please email the Access Services department to request an exception.

If you get an error that says "exceeds per limit" like below, you have attempted to make more than one reservation in a day or have exceeded the amount of time allowed per reservation.

DML 201: Sorry, this exceeds the limit per day in this category

If you have any problems with room reservations, please contact the Circulation Desk at circdesk@regis.edu or 303-458-4030.
