Only current students, faculty, and staff are able to access databases and other subscription content remotely. Make sure you are logged into your Regis account on the same browser you are trying to access library resources on.
If you are a new or returning student and you are getting this error after attempting to log-in with your Regis login, it is most likely an indication that your Regis account permissions need to be updated. Contact the university's Information Technology Services (ITS) department at 303-458-4050 or via their online service portal to request your permission be updated for remote library access.
